We commonly pour the following, but are capable of pouring many more: Aluminum, 319, 535 Almag, 356, A356, 356 T-6 and Aluminum Bronze - What is your turn-around time on a Request for Quote?
5-7 business days - Whatis the typical lead time for castings after a PO is issued?
3-4 weeks - What type of pattern (tooling) equipment is required?
Our automatic mold machine is a 20” x 24” flask size - If a new pattern needs to be made, what is the typical lead time?
Many patterns can be adapted to fit our equipment. However, if new tooling is required; the lead time needed is 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity. - What casting process do you use?
Green sand casting and No-bake - What size castings can you produce?
From ounces to 50 pounds.
